Tori: Good afternoon, Eichi-sama~ Can I take up some of your time?
Eichi: Oh, Tori...?
(He's been avoiding me all this while, but today he was the one to approach me... I suppose this means he's finished the proposal that he was working on?)
(I was fully prepared to wait for much longer, but it seems he finished faster than I expected.)
What is it, my adorable Tori? Do you need something from me? Come here, let me hold you ♪
Tori: Yay~ ♪ Ehehe~, it feels like it's been a while since we last chatted like this, Eichi-sama.

I've actually been working on the project proposal for Atlantis.

Eichi: Of course, I'd be happy to do that. How about we enjoy some tea along with it?

Tori: Uh? You don't have to brew it yourself, Eichi-sama — I can prepare it for us.

(To be honest, I am a little scared and anxious about this... But I think I've written the best proposal that I possibly could.)
(So I'll present it to Eichi-sama with my head held high.)

Tori: Thank you, Eichi-sama.
Eichi: Now then, shall we have a look at your proposal, Tori?
Tori: Y-yeah. Here it is... Please help me review it.
Eichi: There's no need for you to be so nervous. I've already decided to give you full authority over the Atlantis project, after all.
Tori: Yeah, I know. But I want to proceed with this project only after earning your approval.
Eichi: ...... (Begins reading the proposal)

Tori: What do you think, Eichi-sama?

Umm. Well... If you want my honest, unfiltered opinion... I don't think this proposal is very good.
... I can't approve of this. There are areas that are too vague and unclear, and it's not going to be cost effective in relation to the allocated budget.
This might sound cruel, but I have to tell you that I don't think this concept itself is a good idea. I would recommend starting over from scratch.
Tori: ......
... I'm sorry, Eichi-sama.
Tori: I know you said it's not a good idea, but I absolutely want to stick with this concept.
So please tell me exactly which parts aren't good enough.
I promise I'll improve on those parts, and turn this into a presentable proposal...!
